Services Offered

1.1. Residential Cleaning: Our professional team is ready to keep your home clean and tidy, providing a healthy and comfortable environment.

1.2. Commercial Cleaning: We offer cleaning services tailored to your business needs, ensuring a clean and welcoming space for your customers and employees.

1.3. Move-In/Out Cleaning: We facilitate your move by providing deep cleaning services before moving in or after leaving your new residence.

1.4. Post-Construction Cleaning: We effectively remove construction dust and debris, leaving your spaces ready for use.

1.5. Post-Party/Event Cleaning: We facilitate the cleaning of your home after a party or private event, we make sure your spaces are kept clean.

1.6 Closet Organization: With efficient techniques and customized solutions, we assist in organizing clothes, accessories, and personal items for added convenience.

Currency and Payment

2.1. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD).

2.2. Services must be quoted in advance. Quotes will be provided free of charge and with no obligation.

2.3. An upfront payment is required to confirm the booking of our services. No advance payments will be refunded.

Working Hours

3.1. Our working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

3.2. We do not provide services on United States holidays.

Reservations and Cancellations

4.1. We recognize that schedules can be unpredictable. To accommodate this, you can reschedule or cancel appointments with the following conditions:

4.2. Notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled time to cancel or reschedule without any penalty.

4.3. Cancellations or rescheduling between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the agreed amount.

4.4. Any changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the agreed amount.

Liability and Damages

5.1. We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning result, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

5.2. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or any loss of valuables.

5.3. Getting ready for the cleaning

5.3.1. Please note our Teams are not allowed to organize or move out of place personal items in order to avoid any inconvenience. Reminder of the items that are not included in our cleaning: Washing dishes or putting dishes away; Laundry; Folding laundry; Garage cleaning.

Privacy Policy

6.1. We respect your privacy. All information provided will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Home Safety

7.1. For security reasons, we ask that you secure any valuables or personal information before our team arrives to perform the cleanup.

8.1. We comply with all applicable local and state laws and regulations in the provision of our services.
